At Venture Construction, it is of the utmost importance to us that our home buyers enjoy living in their home for years to come. We are proud to offer a home owner's warranty program through Centricity that provides for a 1-year workmanship warranty; 2-year systems warranty; and, a 10-year structural warranty.
